Mission

As a SAP Key User within the purchasing department, you will:

• Be the 1st level of Application ‘Support for end-users of the SAP MM for purchasing
• Be the Single Point of Contact between business end-users for any ticket or change addressed to the 2nd level of the SAP support team
• Participate to enhancement project S4Hana to gather business requirements, and support the implementation: perform testing, end-user training and user documentation
• Create and maintain business reports
• Monitor MM master data

Task and responsibilities:
 

• Centralize and analyze the end-users requests
• Translate business needs into business requirements
• Monitor change requests in collaboration with the business process owners
• Perform and validate functional testing
• Maintain and update documentation Business Process Manuals (BPM)
• Give training to end-users
• Manage communication with end-users

You have :

• Excellent knowledge of the SAP MM module is a must;
• Computer literacy and excellent Excel are mandatory;
• A first experience with BIBO is a strong asset;
• Good analytical skills to identify the root cause of escalated issues;
• Excellent communication skills in English are required;
• Problem solving skills;
• Presenting & Communicating skills
• Customer and result minded
• Team work spirit
