You will support the initiatives within EHS Team that are critical for establishing and maintaining a strong infrastructure.

• Support IBA Proton Therapy Build & Design as well as Installation and Construction projects for the Proton Therapy Business units.  
• Support PT team in the development of necessary EHS documents to support compliance with IBA expectations as well as local compliance.
• Identify, select and manage local EHS resources required to support on-site activities.
• Responsible for maintaining communication, reporting and assisting internal customers with the actions necessary to maintain a workplace safe and free of hazards.
• Support global actions to prompt an integrated quality, environmental and safety management system.
• Manage, monitor, prioritize  and establish action planning for site compliance with regard to local or country specific requirements.
• Work collaboratively within QRS to ensure one-voice message while also ensuring regional or country differences are properly manages and hazards mitigated.

You have:

• 7-10 years experience in EHS or related work experience, especially in construction and installation
• Knowledge and understanding of EHS principles and requirements during construction related activities.
• Knowledge and experience of core EHS principles is a must
• Experience is project management is required
• Ability to successfully communicate and establish working relationship within all levels of  the organization
• Strong communication skills in English and French both written and verbally required.

You will travel everywhere in the world (60-70%).
