Mission:

As Conveyor Engineer, you are part of R&D department in charge of project support for all the product handling system (PHS) sold by IBA Industrial Services. You report to the R&D Manager and work in close collaboration with Integration Architect, Product Manager, PHS System Oner and Customer Project Managers.

As conveyor engineer you will be in charge of the efficient installation of conveying system on our project site – for that purpose you are anticipating in all development steps of the system from the requirements writing, the design until its final acceptance onsite.

Responsibilities: as a Conveyor Engineer, you are responsible for:

• Designing (with sub-contractor) the conveyor system of all customer site, with the support of conveyor system owner, product manager and integration architect
• Writing the requirements and the tests to do for each project site
• Supporting sub-contractor in deployment of conveying system on customer site
• Participating to IQ/OQ of the conveying system.
• Insuring conveyor system delivery in due time with support of Project Managers.
• Improving conveyor product in line with product roadmap and based on your knowledge and experience

You have: 

• A Master's Degree in engineering or industrial sciences, preferably in electro mechanics, electronics or electricity, or an equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience in R&D environment or in customer project implementation; in an international and multicultural environment
• Experience in Conveying system is mandatory
• A very good knowledge of MS Office is an asset
• An analytical, logical and pragmatic mind
• Good ability to report status of your work
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1) and French (C2)

• Flexible with very good planning & organizing skills
• Enjoy taking initiatives
• Willing to travel up to 25% of your time
