Mitarbeiter für Besucherempfang (w/m/d)
 
Als Teil eines erfolgreichen internationalen Teams werden Sie ein wichtiges Glied in der Entwicklung und Implementierung neuer medizintechnischer Produkte für Kunden in Krankenhäusern weltweit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Entgegennahme und Weiterleitung von Telefonaten
• Bearbeitung und Weiterleitung von E-Mail und Fax
• Empfang unserer Kunden und Besucher
• Posteingangs- und Ausgangsstelle
• Administration der Zeiterfassung
• Verwaltung von Büromaterialien
• Sonstige Administrative Tätigkeiten

Ihr Profil:

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ähnliche Qualifikation
• Erste Berufserfahrung im Kundenkontakt/Besucherempfang von Vorteil
• Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gängigen Systemen
• Freundliches und sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Kunden und Besuchern
• Repräsentatives und professionelles Auftreten
• Flexibilität in der Arbeitszeitgestaltung/Bereitschaft als Springer/Urlaubsaushilfe tätig zu sein
• Gewissenhaft, zuverlässig, strukturiert und gut organisiert
