JOB DESCRIPTION:   IBA Proton Therapy is seeking an engaging HR Recruiter to join the team! This individual will play an instrumental part in building and scaling our business with a primary focus on sourcing for Engineering roles. IBA Proton Therapy develops, manufactures and maintains medical devices and software solutions for oncology treatments. At IBA, our mission is to protect, enhance and save more lives!   KEY FUNCTIONS include but not limited to:

Source candidates from applicant tracking system (E2R), online and internal databases, employee referrals and passive candidates through networking, research and inbound flow and hire top and diverse talent for our engineering functions

Ensure impeccable recruitment execution to achieve a seamless candidate and client recruitment experience

Work closely with IBA hiring managers to understand open positions and upcoming staffing needs

Build a pipeline of strong candidates

Conduct preliminary interviews of qualified candidates, facilitate debrief sessions with hiring managers to identify next steps, and monitor effectiveness of recruiting efforts

Continuously improve the company’s employer brand, scale recruiting processes and systems, and contribute to the talent acquisition strategic planning process

Schedule and support arrangement of interviews, as needed

Qualifications:

5+ years full cycle recruiting experience in high-pressure environment

The ability to manage 10-15 roles seamlessly.

Experience with applicant tracking and HRIS systems

Must have excellent writing communication skills

The ideal candidate must have the ability to write “Stellar” / “Award Winning” job postings that will grab the attention of “A” player candidates.

Must have experience writing or enhancing job descriptions/profiles.

You must be an “Out of the Box” or “Innovative” thinker with superb sourcing skills; being able to find the “Purple Squirrel” type candidates through multiple avenues (web/social/professional networks, etc.)

Excellent people skills, the candidate experience should be A+

Must being able to source from a diverse pool of candidates (IBA does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, age, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations.)

Strong organization skills and diligence in having a self-starter mentality and strong work ethic

Proven communication and follow-up skills in a highly complex technical area

Ability to develop strong trusting relationships with candidates and hiring manager

Ability to thrive and be able to prioritize in a constantly changing high-pressure environment

The position is physically located in the corporate headquarters in Herndon, Virginia with the ability to work remotely.
