• Centralizing and analyzing the end-users’ requests (changes, issues, trainings, projects, …) for the business domain. Incidents and change requests are recorded in the tracking system.
• Providing support to the end-users and key users of other modules, worldwide. Issues are resolved according to business priorities.
• Translating business needs into business requirements. Business requirements are documented and validated
• Monitoring change requests in collaboration with the business process owners, the other key users and the business. Solutions are escalated whenever necessary.
• Performing and validating functional testing (prepare test scenarios and document the testing); Ensuring the system is comprehensively tested when changes occur (upgrades, interfaces, changes in other modules, change requests, ...). Validation tests are reported on time.
• Maintaining and updating documentation. Documentation (such as user manuals) are updated and aligned with the enhancements; new process are documented.
• Preparing training material and providing training to end-users. Users are properly trained: current employees and newcomers.
• Managing communication with end-users (single contact for user), Competence Centers and Business process Owner. Excellent communication and relationships.

• Have a first experience with an ERP system, ideally SAP FI/CO.
• Already be part of a work in project-mode at your current employer. 
• Financial acumen and relevant business process improvement track record
• Fi/Co experience to include GL, AR, AP, AA, CCA, PCA, and preferably CO-PA
• SAP Fi/Co Finance Key User or accountant with technical interest
• SAP S4/Hana experience is advantageous.
• Presentation skills are seen as an asset
• Excellent communication skills both in French and in English

• A team player
• Able to flexibly adapt to changed business cases
• Detailed oriented with organizational and analytical skills, and the capability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders
• Bi-lingual FR/EN; any other language is an asset
• Willing to travel occasionally (max. 10-20% of the time)
