As Operations Development leader, your main objectives are to ensure Customer Service department has adequate knowledge & skills in the team to perform its mission
You will work in direct connection with the Field Service Engineer Manager to support him in the preparation & development of the team global capacity. In such goal, you are the major interface with training department.
You are also leading the CS officer team (4 people), in charge of activities scheduling internally & with customer, as well logistic management for Field Service engineers.
MAIN TASKS :
As direct manager of CS officer team, you are supporting them on the day-to-day activities. You will manage the potential escalation in the interface with internal & external customers in case of major issue.
You are the main representative of CS team with HR team for all regulatory topics, linked to international activities.
• Operationnal support
You will support the FSE Manager in the operation follow-up. You will generate reports & KPI’s allowing to monitor the daily activities & global load of the team. You will extract the improvement opportunities & attention points for the team management.
You help the operation team in specific activities like follow-up of FSE’s in their internal activities (improvement projects, customer training , tests in factory…)
• Team development
You will manage the competency matrix of the team. You will have the main view of current skills level of the team, and the capacity to compare with long term need.
You will extract the training need of the team and interface with the Training department to organize its availability. You will ensure that the technical documentation related of products is available and up to date.
You will also be in charge of the centralization of career path of the team.
• You have a strong technical background (Master degree and/or relevant experience in a technical environment)
• A first experience in people management or project management with a focus on people development is a key asset
• You have coaching skills – you are willing to help people to grow & develop themselves
• You have special people care and you are customer oriented. Empathy, listening, people development are at the center of your approach
• You are organized, analytic, rigorous & able to generate reports on KPI
• You are calm, you have natural moderator skills
• You have a long-term view, development oriented.
• Very good communication skills in both French and English
