SalesCloud (CRM) and Servicemax (CMMS) have been our first applications using the Salesforce Platform. But the latest years have seen a continuous growth of the number of these Salesforce applications at IBA (IBA Store, Legal Contract Database, Pardot…).By consequence, IBA is looking for a Business/Functional analyst able to support our Sales and Marketing activities (on SalesCloud and Pardot). He/she could also play a backup role concerning the Services activities (covered by the ServiceMax tool).
The Business analyst (BA) helps the business to elicit their needs, to write efficient user stories and acceptance criteria and helps the Product owners to keep a well organized Product backlog. The BA is well aware of the Agile principles (an effective experience in a Scrum team is a plus) and gives the example to the other members of the team. In a collaborative way the BA thinks and propose the technical solutions covering the needs and after alignment with the business, carries out its implementation. If the involvement of developers or other specialist is needed, the BA will facilitate the communication and collaboration between the various stakeholders (Business, IT team, External IT providers...).

You will:
  • Ensure the keep-it-running of the marketing & sales operations solution (corrective maintenance): monitor solution and solve incidents related to the solution, participate to the resolution of incidents in close contact with key users, and external IT Partner(s) when relevant
  • Ensure the maintenance of the marketing & sales operations solution (evolutive maintenance): analyze and implement change requests linked to the solution in close contact with key user, business analyst and IT Partner when relevant
  • Lead and deliver small/large projects related to marketing & sales operations and assume responsibility for planning, and delivery of the end- to- end functional solution. Ability to work and lead a small team composed of business representatives, key user, system integrator and IT partner
  • Ensure, in complement of the marketing & sales operations focus, the back-up of the business analyst focusing on service operations functional domain
  • Ensure well documented marketing & sales operation solutions from an analysis, design as well as from a keep-it-running perspective
  • Understand, advocate and support architecture and applicative solution strategy and related policies and standards inside the DS department and towards the business community as well





What we value
You have:
  • A Master’s degree in Computer Science
  • Experience in analysis and design of applicative solution based on known analysis and design standards
  • Experience in business analysis is required and should cover knowledge of Marketing & Sales operations, integration from a logical and functional viewpoint
  • Experience in using a cloud platform and more specifically the platform is a real advantage, covering functional and business administration of an applicative solution on the platform as well as configuration
  • Good capability in problem resolution 
  • Good capability to design and deliver well balanced marketing & sales operations solutions considering business and DS constraints
  • Good capability to commit and deliver work based on well-established priorities with management and projects and act as a trustable person in this way

  • Open minded to new technologies and new solutions around application
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English.
